RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Carreau & Co., we want you to love your tiles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We're unable to accept returns on opened or used tile packs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@carreauco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
